Ordering and Shipping Information
Thank you for your interest in Greaves old-fashioned pure jams, jellies, marmalades and condiments. All of our products are carefully packed and shipped from our factory in Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario, Canada. We have decades of experience shipping small parcels and large pallets alike, just about anywhere.
Minimum Order: $25.00 Cdn, Per Address plus shipping cost
Shipping Cost: For any Countries not listed below or for Orders over $200.00, the office will contact you with shipping cost.
Within the United States, we ship via UPS for quick and efficient delivery, and therefore require a complete street address with a phone number. We can not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please remember that all of our shipments originate in Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario, Canada and require customs and Security clearance, therefore please allow an extra day or two for this. Delivery can be expected within 1-2 weeks depending on the travel distance.
For most Canadian Addresses we use Canpar Expedited service for fast and efficient delivery. Please provide us with a complete street address including a phone number. We can not ship Canpar to P.O. Boxes. Some areas not serviced by Canpar will be shipped via Canada Post, additional charges may apply to remote areas. You can expect delivery within 3 – 14 days depending on the travel distance.
Greaves has provided product to consumers around the world for decades. We ship via Canada Postal Service, surface travel. Please allow 6 – 10 weeks for delivery. Contact Us for rates.
We do our utmost to ensure our product reaches you in perfect condition, however, if you experienced damages or concerns with your order, please contact us immediately toll-free at 1-800-515-9939. We would like to rectify the inconvenience to you quickly. You will be asked for your: Order #, Name and Address, Problem, and any visible carton damage. The shipping company may wish to inspect the packaging and product at their discretion, therefore please do not discard. If you suspect damage, please use caution in the event of glass breakage.
