Our Customer Service is open to serve you Monday –Friday 9:00am –4:00pm
year round except for Canadian Statutory Holidays and a much deserved break
observed between Christmas Day and New Years Day. You can email us at
any time at greaves@greavesjams.com for
a response within 1 business day.
For your convenience, our Retail Store is open 7 days a week, year round except
Christmas Day. Hours of operation in the Winter 10:00 –5:00pm,
Summer 9:30am –8:00pm. They would be happy to receive your order
by phone at 905-468-7831. They can not however check the status of an
existing order; this must be done through our customer service desk at 905-468-3608
or greaves@greavesjams.com .
