Sweet & Spicy Peach Chicken

Ingredients:
- 3 tbsp taco seasoning (or to taste)
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into ½" cubes
- 1 - 2 tlbs canola oil
- 1 c celery, sliced
- 1 med red pepper, sliced

- 1 med onion, sliced
- 1 c Greaves Chili Sauce
- ½ c Greaves Peach Jam
- Hot cooked rice

Directions:
- Toss chicken in taco seasoning to coat
- In a large skillet, brown chicken in oil until no longer pink. Remove from pan & keep warm. Add vegetables to pan and saute until tender crisp, 3-4 minutes. Add chicken back to pan.
- Combine Greaves Chili Sauce and Greaves Peach Jam, stir into skillet. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and cover. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
- Serve over rice.
