Cranberry Apple Squash Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs of butternut squash (or your favourite winter squash), peeled, seeded and cubed (about 6 cups)
  • 4 c water
  • 1-21 oz can apple pie filling
  • ¾ c Greaves Cranberry Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Greaves Orange Marmalade
  • 2 tbsp Greaves Apricot Jam
