Cranberry Apple Squash Casserole

Ingredients:
- 2 lbs of butternut squash (or your favourite winter squash), peeled, seeded and cubed (about 6 cups)
- 4 c water
- 1-21 oz can apple pie filling
- ¾ c Greaves Cranberry Sauce
- 2 tbsp Greaves Orange Marmalade
- 2 tbsp Greaves Apricot Jam

Directions:
- In a large saucepan, combine squash and water, bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer until squash is just tender, about 25 minutes. Drain.
- Spread pie filling into a greased 8" square baking dish. Top with squash.
- Combine Greaves Cranberry Sauce, Orange Marmalade and Apricot Jam; spoon over squash.
- Bake uncovered at 350° or until heated through.
