Ribs with Plum Sauce
|
Ingredients:
- 5-6 pounds pork spareribs
- Salt & pepper to taste
- ¾ c soy sauce
|
- ¾ c Greaves Plum Jam
- ¾ c honey
- 2-3 garlic cloves, minced

Directions:
- Cut ribs into serving size pieces. Place on on a rack in a shallow roasting pan bone side down. Season with salt & pepper. Cover with foil and bake at 350° for 1 hour or until tender.
- In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients; baste with some of the glaze. Bake at 350° or grill over medium heat uncovered for an additional 30 minutes, turning and basting occasionally.
