Spicy Peach Glazed Chicken Breasts

Ingredients:
- 2 cups Greaves Peach Jam
- 1 tbsp garlic, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Kozlik's dijon mustard
- 1 small jalapeno, finely chopped

- salt & pepper to taste
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 8 chicken breasts, skin on
- 4 ripe peaches, halfed & pitted

Directions:
- Combine first 5 ingredients together in a medium bowl. Season with salt & pepper. Reserve ½ cup.
- Preheat grill. Brush the chicken with olive oil and season with salt & pepper. Place skin side down and cook for 6-7 minutes, until golden brown. Turn over and continue cooking for 5-6 minutes. Brush both sides with the peach glaze and continue cooking for an additional 4-5 minutes.
- Place peach halves, cut side down on the grill. Grill for 2 minutes. Turn over and brush with reserved ½ cup of peach glaze. Grill for 3-4 more minutes until peaches are soft.
